Deep Tissue Massage

Injuries can cause muscle problems, but also age, overuse, and emotional trauma all place increased demands on the body. This can result in lymphatic and circulatory system dysfunction which leads to tightening of the tissues and muscle spasm.

Deep Tissue Massage is effective in the reversal of these problems. It creates a prolonged state of reduced muscular tension, by increasing blood and lymphatic flow through deep massage.
